Do first class pass holders get access to the private lounges in St Pancras International if you have a Standard Premier ticket booked?
Hi, I am travelling first class in Italy. And I want to bring the reservation time forward by 3 hours. I was wondering if anyone has managed this without being charged extra?I am travelling 1st class.
I have booked seat reservation from Rome to Milan. I would like to change the time of the reservation. Is it possible to change reservation time free of charge?
I keep getting error when I try to book 1st class train ticket from Geneva to Paris. Has anyone else had the same issue. How do you get around this problem. Also the reservation cost for 1st class ticket appears rather expensive at 59 Euro despite being a global pass holder.
I have emailed customerservice@interrail.eu 4 days ago regarding why my night train ticket from Genova to Rome shows price of 3 Euros when I have actually been charged 122 euros. The reservation ticket also states it is a second class ticket when I have actually booked the first class couchette. The ticket shows a seat number instead of a couchette number. i.e 14A, 14B etc.
I have booked reservation using Global Interrail passes to take a night train from Nice to Genova. I have been charged 122 euro for first class travel but have been issued second class tickets at 3 euros. There are 7 of us travelling. I had intended to book the first class berths. I am assuming the berths are sold out and have been allocated the seats. Is it straight forward to receive the difference for the incorrect payment?
