No :) these lounges are only for Business Premier travelers and Customers with special CreditCards or Frequent traveler status.

BUT with a 1st cl pass (with valid tr-day if it is such a one) you can get access to domestic 1st cl lounge in Kings Cross=just across the road. Or at least one could pre corona (last time I used it). Holds for all of the many 1st cl lounges on British rail-under its various new names
