Hy im Silvester Vajda, I bought an interrail tiquet an avrile.2022. Last week I had a serious accident. I could not travell now. I would like to get back the fees. my reservation number is IN30505712.

This is a public forum that anyone in the whole world can read. Not a special channel to contact service-centre. DO take away that @mail-unless you like to have a few million spam etc in that box in the future.

As a very general rule people should hold insurance for such things that can happen in life. To cancel a ticket normal conditions will generally apply.

If you bought a promotional pass they are not refundable. The email with your booking will give you the conditions. As the above post says - this is where you claim on your insurance!
