fail to attach pass to my trips

I have a list of trips in MY TRIPS. However I fail to attach them to my pass. There is a note on top: Not connected to a mobile pass.

You can only have one Trip connected to your pass.  To that Trip you connected all journeys (trains) that you will travel with.
