We are leaving to Great Britain on monday, and have not received our Interrail Great Britain Pass Senior yet. Can you send it to us by e-mail or send it as mobilpass?

Did you order a paper pass? Have you checked the delivery status on your Interrail account?
You need help from Customer Support. Please use the link below to contact them. As you want to travel on Monday, and won't be able to travel without help from CS, I suggest you write that you are currently travelling.
