The train from s’Hertogenbosch to Basel on 26 april, 10.09 is visible in the Eurorail app on my i-pad but not visible in the app on my phone. I want to add this journey to my pass. What to do? (I know that i can add the journey manually)

This train is diverted via s'-Hertogenbosch due to engineering works so the app surely hasn't been updated.

The direct train to Basel runs at 08:39, the 10:09 train runs to Frankfurt and you need to change in Cologne

The timetables of DB and NS international both say that the train from 10.09 s’Hertogenbosch Basel, ICE153 and ICE 107 arrives at 16.47 in Basel and you have to change in Köln.

Yes it is an easy connection in Cologne/Köln :)

If 2 apps are showing different results, then one of them (or both) need an update.

In addition, the rail planner app should never be used to plan.
