Can one use the 6-day Greek island pass, which includes the possibility of a return trip from Italy to Greece (Ancona-Patras-Ancona), ‘in reverse’?

In other words, imagine one is already on a Greek island and uses the first travel day to reach Piraeus, the second travel day for Patras-Ancona, the third travel day for Ancona-Patras, and the remaining days for travel within Greece. Is this allowed?

Many thanks!

When you say that you need a travel day to reach Pireaus, are you then travelling from a Greek island by ferry? Otherwise you don't need a travel day toget to Pireaus, see below.

Hello AnnaB,

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I would be starting from a Greek island and travelling to Piraeus, and then on to Patras, for the ferry to Italy.

My question is: if one already happens to be on a Greek island (not as a permanent resident of Greece) and one wants to use the 6-day island pass in effect to make a return journey to Italy followed by further trips among the Greek islands, is that possible? In my opinion, it should be.
