Booking trip Barcelona to Marseille

Hi, I just bought my eurail global pass and and I’m trying to figure out how to make a reservation. I’m using my first travel day to go from Barcelona to Marseille on late march, I’m aware it is required to book a seat reservation for an extra fee but here it says “Not available from Eurail.com This seat reservation can’t be booked on our website.” so I need help, does anyone what can I do to book my seat? How can I know which rail company this train belong to so I can access their website?

SNCF TGV Trains can be boked at www.raileurope.com only on the desktop site, add your class of rail pass. There is no direct train it will require a change. 2 trains a day from Barcelona at 09.28 and 13.25

Renfe AVI trains cannot be booked online, only at Spanish rail stations. There is one daily direct at 16.34

It is possible to make that journey entirely on reservation free trains via Cerbere. This is a slower but cheaper option, ask for schedules.

🚂 The fastest trains from Barcelona to Marseille take approximately 4,5 hours. On weekdays, the first train departs from Barcelona at 4:34 pm  and arrives in Marseille at 9:23pm.

🚂 There are only a about 3 trains available throughout the day from Barcelona to Marseille, but typically, they involve a transfer, usually at Nîmes Centre or Narbonne. This train connection takes about 5 hours, but the schedule may vary depending on the day.

🚂 You can find more information and make reservations at:

 https://www.raileurope.com/
https://rail.shop/acprail/reservation

The AVE to Marseille can't be booked online anywhere unfortunately.

ACP Rail can currently only book reservations for UK and Eurostar trains.
