Going to Mont Blanc, Jungfrau, Mt Pilatus
Which cable/tram rides have discounted rates with the Eurail pass, will be taking the multicity pass for 4 days.

I don't think you get a discount on Aiguilles du Midi over Chamonix.
There is also a great travel forum called myswisstravel where any travel question in regard to Switzerland gets answered quickly .
