Hi!
I’ve bought a interrail pass for France for me and my two friends. In the app we’ve reservated al the trains we need and used all our travel days. But we didn’t pay for the seat reservations yet. I don’t see an option to do so in the app, and I do have QR codes for the travel days.
Do I still need to make the seat reservations and pay for them, and if yes: how do I do that?

This does not guarantee you a seat. You have to buy a seat reservation elsewhere : 10€ (limited fare) or 20€ for TGVs and Intercités trains.

If some trains were to be full, let us know and we'll help. Mention route and travel date.
Btw no need to activate the pass in advance (aka get the QR codes). If something were to happen and suddenly you couldn't travel, the days would be lost

Treinen invullen in de app is niet hetzelfde als een zitplaats reserveren!
Best niet de QR-codes of Travel Days activeren op voorhand. Doe dit gewoon net voor je instapt, als je de trein effectief ziet staan. Je riskeert deze reisdagen te verliezen, mocht iemand ziek worden, eventuele staking tegenkomen,… Je kunt een travel day probleemloos annuleren voor je effectieve reisdag 0:00, maar als je wilt annuleren op je reisdag die je al hebt geactiveerd, ben je de pineut, want dan kan dit niet meer.
De app is gewoon een digitale versie van de papieren pass, zo weet interrail welke treinen je hebt genomen om het geld te verdelen, maar deze reserveert je geen zitplaatsen. Het is je geldig ticket, maar reserveert niks.

Gewoonlijk iets duurder, doordat ze 2 EUR extra rekening per reservering.

You can't book anything in the app. The app is just to register the trains you are taking. It's the digital equivalent of the paper pass, where you have to fill in on paper which trains you're taking.

If you have any questions about reservations for a specific train, then mention at least route, date and departure time.
Also, don't activate your pass or travel days in advance, certainly not when you need a mandatory reservation.
