I bought the "eurail global pass" for days. My first trip from London to Paris on December 14th. I paid for the seat reservation for my family. I can't book the train from Vienna to Venice through the app. When I tried to pay directly on the page only for the seats, they weren't available. The truth is that it has been complicated for me to use the app to book (the trips I need don't appear) and then go to an external page to pay for the seats. If I cancel the eurail global pass, do I lose the tickets that were sent to me by email for the trip from London to Paris that I already have ready? Thank you very much. Greetings from Chile

Unfortunately the Rail Planner app isn't that straightforward to use and doesn't sell seat reservations directly. Timetables are also updated fairly late, especially with the yearly European timetable change on 15th December.

That's why we suggest here to book directly through the railway companies or Rail Europe. You'll save money too and sometimes get seat selection. Have a look at https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm

For Vienna - Venice you should use the ÖBB website: seat map offered on Railjet. A reservation costs 3€ and in addition (specific to Italy-Austria long-distance trains) there's a 10€ 2nd class/15€ 1st class supplement. It has to do with the company owning the tracks at the border (long story...).

Go to ÖBB website, add Interrail/Eurail in the discount list and click on one-way tickets.

About your other question: you've bought Eurostar seat reservations (alongside your pass), not standard tickets. Cancelling the pass but still using the reservation would be treated as travelling without a valid ticket and could lead in a huge fine. In Eurostar case you wouldn't make it past the security and border checks.
