Rail planner shut down now ?

I had the same problem this morning. It appears to be working again for me now.

If you still have problems and you’re travelling imminently, you can search the timetables elsewhere (for example bahn.com) and click on ‘Add Manually’ to add it to your trip.

I can not use rail planner now.Can you confirm if it’s workable ?

It's a known issue in version 49.0.0 on iPhone. As a workaround, turn off live updates under More > Settings.


The problem is still there now on my iPhone, app version 49.6.0, and have been for some days. The workaround (turn off live updates) doesn’t work. Impossible to search for connections

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?


Thanks for your quick reply. I have two old trips in the app. I will lose them, if I delete the app, right?

Your old trips and passes should still be there after uninstalling and re-installing. I've done that myself once and everything loaded again after a few minutes.
