refund protection not an option at checkout

I cannot find the refund protection option when trying to purchase a 4 or 5 day pass. In the past, I was able to purchase as the “Plus” option, but now that it’s refund protection, I can’t find how to add it anywhere at checkout…?

You can also book on http://allaboard.eu/eurail, where you can get a full refund without paying extra.

The link is working now, but I see the terms say this (I live in the United States): Our booking service is offered primarily to anyone residing within the EU and its neighboring states such as Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.

Well, they sell Eurail and Eurail is for people not living in Europe so clearly their service is also offered to those people.

Yes, I have checked first page of checkout and for a 4 day in one month 1st class adult pass, the refund protection option never appears. It appears on other passes, but never on that one.
