It is the normal counters-RENFE here. In the past in some very major estaciones/gares/bahnhöfe where many international travellers used to come they were presented as being able to speak more languages and know that little bit more as the normal counters. RENFE as such has never ever been very famous for that, sad but true (IMHO). The name says nothing as such and dates from the times when the www was hardly there.

But all the railways are supposed to look at their own info and update when needed-some are more apt to that as others.
