App empty and pass disappeared

Hello,

Yesterday was my first travel day. And everything went fine. Today I wanted to check what time we will leave saterday. But my pass and all my saved journeys are gone. I tried to add the mobile pass to my app again. But that does not work either ("something went wrong"). What do I do?

Hopefully someone can help me?

There is a bug in the new version of the app that came yesterday.

Same happened to me, 20 minutes before the train leaves, I had an empty app without tickets. 

Luckily, I found this post and had enough internet left to install the app freshly.

But pulse went app to 200 and rolling out such a new version is terrible in my opinion.
