Hi, my phone is broken so i bought a new one, how can i change my interrail pass to my new phone? , Thanks

Please contact customer service ASAP. Only they can arrange this. Please include in your request:

  1. The pass number (from the confirmation mail).
  2. When you will be travelling again. Mention the date. It is not enough to say it is urgent, since people have very different opinions about what that means.
