At july 17. 2024 i bought 2 passes for 349 Euro.

At least i had send Eurail.com 349 Euro that day.

I think i got the confirmation mail, and i did put the pass in my interrail app. But now is everything gone away. So i need to get the confirmation mail resend.

I use to use mtygstrup@gmail.com as my mail. But i could be martin@tygstrup.dk or tygstrup@outlook.dk that was used for the purcase. .

You can see the pass numbers in your Interrail account, in the Order overview. You can also resend the confirmation mail from there.

If by "But now is everything gone away” you mean that your pass isn't visible anymore in the app, then indeed do contact customer service. This is a known bug that pops up every now and then and that is taking far too long to be resolved.
