hi, we bought one country pass by mistake and we had to bought global pass again but how can we claim for pass we bought before by mistake though we activated one day also so we dont know what to do now. ugh !!!!!!

The basic rule is that it is not possible to make a refund or exchange of a pass where the validity has started.
