Cancellation after activation


hi, we bought one country pass by mistake and we had to bought global pass again but how can we claim for pass we bought before by mistake though we activated one day also so we dont know what to do now. ugh !!!!!!

The basic rule is that it is not possible to make a refund or exchange of a pass where the validity has started.

The day you activated is it in the future or past?

we supposed to travel today so we activated today

You should delete and deactivate any journeys associated with the pass but it is too late to deactivate the pass itself. You will need to contact customer services to get any further with this.
