I have two Eurail Global 1st class passes that I plan on using starting april 5th. I can not book one reservation on trips that needs a reservation. It appears the passes are already sold out. If I go to the country railway page it shows plenty if seats. This is very frustrating for two reasons 1) the ridiculous amount of time I have wasted trying to book reservations and then realizing I shouldn't have boughten a pass since it is already sold out.
My question is how can I get a refund?
