Cannot upload pass

I just booked a new global pass, en while trying to upload it on my phone, the app keeps telling me that I am not online (which I am). I tried it both via the automatic link in the confirmation mail and by giving in my family name and pass number manually. Is there another way to upload the pass to a device?

I tried with safari and google chrome, deleting and re-uploading the app, but i constantly gives the same default.

Tried on various Wifi and 4g, but it keeps telling ‘Go online and try again. it looks like you’re offline. Please check your connection and try again’.

Did you also try restarting your phone? If that doesn't help, then contact customer support.
