Change Country of Residence


Hey Interrail Team,

I want to change my country of residence, when  I bought the pass it was put to Germany. But my actual Country of Residence is Austria. I read that it is possible to change before the start of travelling. I havent yet activated my pass, could you change it for me or I should I proceed? It is quite urgent, as I would start travelling very soon. Thanks in Advance!

Unfortunately we can't update your country of residence after you've purchased the Pass. This can only be done by ordering a new Pass with the correct country of residence and requesting a refund for your old Pass (a Pass exchange).
