Deactivation of pass and reactivation on another device

Me and my friend bought two Global Pass (mobile pass) and each activated them on their device. Tomorrow, 1st August will be our first day of travel. A few days ago I activated my Global Pass on IPad, subsequently I deactivated my pass and I reactivated it on my friend’s device who duplicated his trip and linked my pass to it. I would like to know if everything is ok and if the pass will work correctly.

Normally you can’t change device, without get in touch with customer service.

Your pass becomes associated with a device once it's been added. The only way to de-link it is to get in touch with our customer service team. If you find that your pass is not working, please get in touch so that we can arrange this for you :) 

I lost my Telefon, who can I deactivate my pass, so that I can restart on another phone?

You need to contact Customer Support to get help. Write your pass number and the start date of your travel. If you are currently travelling, clearly write that.
