error with railplanner app


Hi! RailPlaner app is not working for me. Sometimes it just shuts down and when I try to save my journey and open the ticket it’s not working. Instead it says that I don’t have a ticket to in my journey. How can I solve it? Can I uninstall the app and start over or is my interrail password already used?

Do you have an IPhone?

Have you added a journey manually?

First thing is always to check for app updates and install them if there are any. Have you done that?
