The app suddenly stopped showing travel days. Tried reinstalling but didn’t work. Tried deleting and readding trips and now trips will not add to pass.
This means I do not have access to code to scan to prove I have a pass.
All booking still show on website.

Contacting customer service is a good idea indeed.
The Eurail website will only show reservations (if you booked them via Eurail, other ways are usually cheaper), which are separate from the pass and which don't have any influence on the app.

What shows is my name, pass number, type, validity period and days used. Is that the Pass? There isn't any QR code to scan.
At the moment I’ve recovered the travel days and tickets in the app. I did this by making a copy of the Trip and reconnecting all the journeys. So I now have two Trips and Passes duplicated but the travel days and tickets have been stable for over 24 hours. Fingers crossed.
Customer support wanted me to turn error logging on but my app doesn't have that option.
That option is under More > Settings. Scroll to the bottom.
A QR code will only be available after activating the pass and adding the first train to your pass. You can then tap on the "Show ticket” button. Also see:
If you activate the pass just to play around, then be sure to select a start date well in the future. And after playing around, deactivate it again until your first travel day.
