Hello everyone.

I bought a paper pass, but want to exchange it for a mobile pass. My paper pass is already valid, but not used yet. Does anyone know if it's still possible to get the exchange fee back if I exchange it?

Hi, usually it’s possible to exchange your paper Pass for a mobile Pass. However, as your Pass is already valid, it cannot be exchanged according to our refund/exchange policy. I advise you to contact our Customer Support team anyway here, so see what the possibilities are. Cheers,
