I have a consecutive twin german pass for 4 days(before activation).

I need to exchange my pass to the pass for 3 days because of  the strike in germany.

I can’t postpone my journey because my return flight is 4 days later.

How can I get my ticket exchanged or refunded with full fare(not 85%)?

And because of the situation, I want Eurail deal with this right now.
 

If you can't travel, you can get a refund of the worth of 1 travel day, based on Regulation 2021/782, article 18 (1) option a.

This doesn't need to be done right now, it can also be done after your trip.
