Ferry Greece - No Discount global pass

We stand here at the ferry port in Igoumenitsa and wanted to take the overnight ferry to Ancona. In your description it says clearly that we can use a travel day. The people here from Minoan as from Superfast know nothing about that and just want to give us a small discount (Minoan only 20% our friend traveling with us got the same discount without interrail ticket). We extra saved a travel day for that trip, that is now useless and we had to pay 140,- €
We’d like to have it refunded.
Very disappointed

Can you please post a link to where you read that the ferry should be free for holders of Global Pass?

Some ferries between Italy and Greece are free for holders of a 6-day Greek Island Pass.

Please note that the type of discount you get depends on the kind of pass you have. Global pass holders are eligible for a 30% discount on Superfast Ferries. You are eligible for free passage only if you have a 6-day Greek Island pass. If you hold a 6-day Greek Island pass and were not allowed free passage, please get in touch with our customer service by submitting a request here: https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new

Here is the link and a screenshot.

And I want to say that this is NOT SOLVED as it is marked up there. We are still very angry and want our costs refunded. It was not the only unpleasant issue we had on this trip using interrail and also on my first trip last year it was more complicated as it should be (concerning train reservations in England).
