I purchased a rail pass yesterday but never got the email so I can’t book any seat reservations. I’ve emailled support but they say 2 days before I can expect a response.

I’m freaking out because some of the trains I need to book are already showing sold out in some time slots. Is there any way I can contact someone from the company?

You can book many trains without having a pass. If you list them here (with route, date and departure time), then people can advise where to book. You can also check for yourself here:

Hi, I have just purchased the 7 days beta global pass. I just went on the app and bought 5 tickets on the train (I think the Eurostar) from st Pancras to Paris Nord. (I have a family of 5). So is that all I have to do? Or so I actually have to buy another ticket on Eurostar itself? Everyone tells me how hard it is and I just bought the ticket and I think it’s too easy, how do I know if I got a seat selection? Am I missing a step? Thanks - I hope this question makes sense.

@Christine99

If you bought the reservation it is correct (or in your case it used on of the 3 included credits of the pluss pass, the credits are only needed for the expensive reservations). With beta Pass i assume you mean the plus pass that includes  reservation booked through the interrail reservation system.

The pass is your ticket. You don't need any other ticket for trains included in the pass.

For some trains you need or want a reservation, such as Eurostar.

So I hope you did not buy regular tickets. And if you have a Plus pass, then the Eurostar reservations should only cost a one credit.
