Hi Eurail,
I am with my family of 3 (in total) and we have got 7 days Global Pass. I have two questions:
- I have activated my passes and while I was making Eurostar seat reservations from Paris to London on 11 July, there are no seats available. Please advise if there are other possibilities for reservations. I tried this https://www.b-europe.com/ but it also doesn’t show the option.
- We bought 7 days pass but if we can’t use all if Paris to London train is not possible. Then we might need to change the plan and fly and we will use only 4 days pass. Can we get 3 days refund? Where do I need to contact for that?
