Mobile Pass Re-register

My phone needed to be reset and although I backed up my phone the app has not retained the pass. I am in the middle of a trip how do I reset the pass....

You can’t reactivate it yourself.

 

You must contact customer services in order for it to be released so you can re-activate it.

Give them your pass number, name and when you will need the pass for travel.


It is important that you mention to Customer Support that you are currently travelling. Then they normally help with this kind of issues with a few hours.
