no qr code for global eurail pass

I have a fee problems. 1 there is no qr code for my pass. 2. It states ive used all of my days on the pass and i havent even arrived yet. 3. I cant make teservations on the eurail app snd when i go to DB it doesnt read i have a pass and wants me to buy the ticket.  I took  snapshots but i dont think i can add them here?

  1. Have you added a journey to your trip and then to your pass for your travel day? Only then a QR code can be generated.
  2. Go to My Trip and count for how many days it says "travel day”. Is that the same number as the number of travel days on your pass? Are there maybe days you did not travel at all but for which you forgot to cancel a travel day?
  3. On the DB website, do not click on the Search button but on the "Seat only (no ticket)” link.
