I ordered our passes at the beginning of March 2023. The notice I received says that they will be sent:

You can expect your Pass to be delivered on or before 2 May 2023. Please note that it takes up to 30 minutes for your order to become visible in our Reservation Service.

You can find your Payment Confirmation attached. We will now start processing your order for printing and shipping. Remember: someone at your shipping address must sign for receipt of the passes upon delivery!

 Our trip starts on March 29th!!!!!   Is there any way to expedite delivery?  Help!

What was the promised delivery date when you ordered?
