I am trying to book a trip from Metz Ville to Paris Est and through the travel.b-europe website it requires a pass cover number. I have noticed that community members have been able to provide them to digital pass holders. Would anyone be able to help me urgently? I’ll be needing it for this upcoming Thursday.

You need to contact Customer Support through this form and asked for the Pass Cover Number if you need it.

You should be able to book by phone at SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.
