Pass Cover Number required for reservation via b-europe ,my group has got mobile passes


Hello!

I need a reservation for agroup of 5 people for the 9th July from Brussels Midi to Paris North. Seats are not available on the interrail website, I have to book via b-europe. There are the Pass Cover Numbers required but we have got mobile passes.

Need urgent help, because there are not many seats left.

I have no answers but the same question. I cannot get hold of anyone to help. Customer service response is slow to non-existent

You can call  b-europe and make the reservation. No need of Pass Cover Number.

The phone call is rather expensive and there is a fee of 4 EUR.

To get your Pass Cover Number, if you still will need it, you need to contact Customer Support through this form and ask for the Pass Cover Number.

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know what date your travel will start so that they can prioritise your request correctly

Hi.. I am trying to book a round ticket for Paris Gare de Lyon - Marseille St Charles for two travellers. One traveller has Interrail pass and the other has EUrail pass. However, we are unable to do the seat reservation for the trains. Could anyone please help? I am not sure what is the mistake I am doing.

Either call SNCF or NS or let us know the details: date and departure time. And what does "unable to do the seat reservation” mean? Is there an error? Do you have a screenshot?

There is no booking fee if you call them. I suppose they have enough income from their phone number :/

@AnnaB I have tried Interail and Eurrail where bookings are not possible. The alternative I tried was travel.b-europe.com. In this wesbite they are not accepting my passnumber (6 alphanumeric characters) and asking for pass cover numbers (which they say are available in paper pass). 

I am unable to understand the error now.

You need to call b-europe, or any of the other railway companies that sell reservations for French trains is over the phone.

The best way to make reservations for French trains is to call SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.
