can get a refund in money or is it in a refund in a kind of Interrail voucher for future Interrail purchases?

A refund will be credited to the payment method used to buy the pass.

In that case, you should be able to get a full refund. You can do that in your Interrail account, from the Order overview.

You confirmation e-mail should also mention that your pass is refundable.
