There are 4 travels going together and we all have our passes activated on our own phones but we want to easily add the same trips and trains. Is there an easy way to do this or do we all need to add the trip/trains individually?

You can share the trip from your App to your friends and they can add the trips to their Passes. You can also add all the Passes on one mobile phone and duplicate the trip, so you can add it easy to every Pass.
