If I want to utilize a free or discounted benefit like a lake cruise, will I need to use a travel day for that or is it available anytime during the one month time frame?

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer.
