Rail traffic between France and Italy is disrupted due to a mudslide in the Alps between St Michel de Maurienne and Modane in France. This affects the SNCF TGV trains on the route Paris – Lyon – Turin – Milan. The French national railway carrier SNCF states that rail traffic on this train route is not expected to resume for several days.

For more information about the mudslide and disruption, please read SNCF's disruption announcement. If you were planning to travel on this route, please check SNCF's timetable for up-to-date travel information.

Trenitalia France will have a rail replacement with a bus for some of their Frecciarossa trains from 2 July.

Interrail/Eurail is not included (yet) in Frecciarossa trains in France.
