Hi

in exchange there is a field ‘explanation of return’ and below the answer space its written ‘min. 3 character’. Can anyone tell me what does it mean?

It means that your explanation needs to be at least 3 characters.

You need to give a reason to why you want to make an exchange of passes or why you want a refund.
