CLAIMING BACK AN OUTBOUND JOURNEY

I reserved a ticket for eurostar to Brussels on 10th April to travel on to Munich but also booked a flight to Munich and decided to take the flight. I deselected train journey from my pass but didn't deselect outbound journey. I tried to do this when I noticed it was still showing but it was too late since train departure had passed. Is there any way I can get this back?

This is why you should never activate a pass, a travel day or an inbound/outbound journey in advance.

Once a day has begun it is no longer possible to remove that day as a travel day if it is already active.

You can ask customer support, explaining what has happened, they might be able to do something.

Thanks both for these replies. I have a continuous pass so travel day is not an issue -  I did still use my pass on the 10th. My question was regarding using an outbound journey from UK but sounds like I probably can't get that back. I will check with customer support though.
