intercity.pl can only book domestic reservations in Poland.
Craiova-Arad can only be booked in Romania.
Arad-Budapest in this train can be booked on tickets.oebb.at: add the Interrail/Eurail discount and then choose "One-way tickets” (NOT "Seat reservation only”).
Budapest-Warsaw can be booked on cd.cz, choose "Reservation only” after searching the connection.

Buying a reservation a few days in advance at the station should not be a problem.

okay! And do you know if I can buy in another station that is not Poland? for example Prague? because I only have 2 days in advance once I arrive in krakow
