What does it mean transfer by foot?

I want to go from Barcelona to Narbonne and it appears that in the city of Cerbere there ir a transfer by foot (15min), what does it mean?? I haven’t found any related post (all are deleted)

Crossing over from the Spanish train (broad gauge) to the French trains (normal gauge) is within the station. While not cross platform, it is certainly not 15 minutes. Check openrailwaymap.org (there is a modus showing track gauges)

The planner has 2 entries for Cerbere, Spain and France so shows that nonsense. Both trains serve the same and only station in Cerbere, changing there takes 2-3 minutes at most.
