Separate interrail tickets

Aurora Saarikorpi

Me and my friend are going to Spain and Greek islands, so the question is that can we buy one ticket for each country separately. One country pass to Greek islands and one pass for train to Spain? First we are in Spain and then straight from there we fly to the Greek islands.

Hello Aurora! Yes you can :) Since you are going to fly to Greece, there is no problem buying two separate passes.

Interrail is not very good in Spain. You have reservation fees for most trains, and it’s not always easy to get the reservations.

Check prices for your trips on trainline.com to see what it what cost to buy tickets instead. It may well be cheaper and certainly easier!
