Hello.
I am looking to travel from:
Vilnius, Lithuania > Riga, Latvia > Tallinn, Estonia > Helsinki, Finland
It’s over €200 for an Interrail ticket. However, I checked the price of a train ticket between Vilnius and Riga and it was approx. €25.
My question is: is it worth getting an Interrail ticket for this planned trip and if so, what are the benefits?

Interrail is definitely not good value in the Balkands (and in Eastern Europe in general). You’ll lose money.
