Hello everyone, I was wondering if I did 4 travel days, I would be able to go from Rome to Germany to France to Milan? and I can hop on any train during my travel day even if it’s local/ city trains?

Ofcourse you can do that Route with a 4days pass :)

Public Transport within the Cities are usually not included some exceptions are for example the S-Bahn Services in Germany (eg. Munich, Berlin ) or the Trams operated by BLT in Basel (Switzerland)

So I am able to go from Stazione Termini Roma to the Francfort sur le Main to Gare de l'Est? we are not very familiar with high speed train stations so I just want to make sure we go to the correct train station. and do we need reservations for these train specifically

You are passing through Milan on your way from Rome to Frankfurt. Unless you’re flying out of Milan, you could travel Rome ->Milan ->Frankfurt and then end in Paris.

Which local trains are you planning to use? You can basically hop on any train but some trains (mainly high-speed and sleeper trains) need a reservation on top of your pass.

You might wanna have a look at this guide to understand more about reservations: https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm

What exactly are your concerns about those train stations?

I am just concerned about whether or not I am able to get on a high speed train (with exceptions of transfers)  from Rome- Frankfurt- Paris- Milan- and back in Rome to fly out.

High-speed trains are included in Interrail but the necessary seat reservations aren’t. All your journeys will require seat reservations if done on high-speed trains except for Zurich-Frankfurt.

So yes, you can take these trains. You will just need reservations for most of it.
