travel from Amsterdam to London

Would this be an overnight trip and is it possible to book sleeping quarters if it is?

Best answer by Al_G

There is no overnight rail travel available Amsterdam - London, only direct day trains provided by Eurostar.

If you want overnight travel there is a ferry from Hoek van Holland to Harwich run by Stena Line that runs every night, 1,2 or 4 bed cabins are mandatory on this route for night crossings. A small discount is available for interrail passholders (no requirement to use a pass day) or there are combined sail-rail tickets that include the ferry and onward rail travel to parts of England including London.

Hello @Lonniemardis

No, no night train is available. It was once planned but never realized. Already built cars are now in Canada...

Thanks! I’m new here. Can you tell me how long it would be, approximately, from Amsterdam to London?
