I did not receive my confirmation email after purchase. What to do?

Hi, I didnt recieve an e-mail and confirmation of the purchase of 4 mobile passes

i checked my spam box, I checked my e-mail is right and asked for a resend of confirmation in my account. No successes so far.

 

chat with customer support, No succes eigther.

iam really stressed right now, the clock is ticking and No answers or solutions so far.

 

need help asap

If you already checked the Spam folder, the only way to get the email is through one of our customer service agents. Please remember that you can get in contact with customer service in different platforms, such as twitter, Facebook or email address.
