If my first travel day is august 20 can my last travel day be 20 days later on september 20 or 30 days later on september 22?

Then you can certainly use your last travel day 20 days later. That’s the 9th of September. 30 days later is possible too, but I believe that’s the 19th of September, not the 22nd.

I have a 7 day in 1 month interrail mobile pass. If my first travel day is august 20 then is my last allowed travel day on september 20 or september 19?
You can see it on your phone. If you activate your pass, you should be able to see your validity period. Like below.
