Birthdays incorrect on paper passes


Hello!  We ordered paper global passes and there appeared to be a problem with the website in that it wouldn’t let us choose our correct birthday (we had to choose one day off to get it to display correctly).  When we got the confirmation both of our birthdays were incorrect by the one day.  Our passes haven’t printed yet.  Can we get them corrected before printing so we don’t have to wait 2 months to receive them, send them back and order two more?

Hello from US over that big ocean. prob very often reported here-has to do that system translates all times to those at that mo here in EUR. YOu should have done a few hrs earlier when both sides still have same day. Those from the other far side: AU+NZ face same-same the other way.

Note that the same will happen with any trials to make RES via that system-so use the other ways-cheaper and often easier too!
