I would like to make seat reservations with our Eurail passes for the following train:
July 16, Stuttgart 14:52 - Paris Est 18:05, ICE 9572. Seat reservations are required.
The Rail planner app says that you can book this train only up to 90 days in advance, but tickets are already for sale at DB, for example.
Can I book seats directly on the DB website or some other way? Thank you.

The DB website is not one of them. You can call DB though and pick up the reservation from a DB ticket machine.
